My name is Emily and it’s great to meet you!
I am a graphic designer, wife, and mother based in sunny Southern California. Growing up my interest in the behind-the-scenes special features of television and film led me to an interest in securing myself a within a creative industry. At one point I wanted to be a writer, then a photographer, then a writer again, and when the time came to finally lock in a decision I chose to become an American Sign Language Interpreter. After graduating from CSUN with a Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies I came to realize that the interpreting profession was not for me. I switched gears and started working my way back to the creative industry.
Working as a marketing coordinator, managing social media along with print and digital marketing for several clients, I realized I was not only enjoying but also passionate about graphic design. This is when I began pursuing my career as a graphic designer. I pursuit of this career change I graduated from the Los Angeles Film School having completed a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. I am excited to be stepping into the workforce with my new title of Graphic Designer and I can’t wait to share my designs with the world.
